I will be Running 5km Every Day During Ramadan for Palestine
I am a doctor working in the UK, and this Ramadan, I am
challenging myself to run 5km every day to raise funds for Palestine. The
situation on the ground is dire, but I still want to strive for people to have
access to basic human rights such as healthcare and education. That’s why every
donation will go towards:
- Medical equipment to support healthcare in Palestine
- Sponsoring medical students from Gaza to study in
Pakistan, so they can return as doctors and provide life-saving care in their
homeland
This a very special project I am doing with GRT - Global
Relief Trust. Sponsoring just one medical student costs £3,500 a year—a small
price for the priceless impact of saving countless lives
