I am fundraising in support of humanitarian aid and livelihood projects across Syria with Global Relief Trust (GRT). God willing, I will also be travelling to Syria on deployment with GRT to witness and support this work on the ground. It is my first time doing this, and I will therefore be releasing Vlogs daily during my deployment to share my experience with all of you.
Years of conflict have left countless families struggling to meet even their most basic needs. Through this fundraiser, we have the opportunity to provide immediate relief, restore dignity, and help rebuild lives after years of oppression and tyranny.
Below are some of the ways your donation can make a direct impact in Syria:
£1 – Provides bread for 10 people
£50 – Provides a food pack for a family for one month
£240 – Sponsors a child’s education for one year
£300 – Supports physiotherapy to help children walk again
£480 – Sponsors an orphan for one year
£500 – Contributes towards rebuilding Syria, brick by brick
£2,500 – Helps provide a home for a displaced family
If you have a preference for where your donation should be allocated, please specify it when donating. Otherwise, all unspecified donations will be directed to where the need is greatest across Syria.
Global Relief Trust is committed to delivering aid to the programme or country you select. In the event that a specific project is completed, exceeds its target, or cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond control, GRT reserves the right to reallocate funds to another project where they are urgently needed.
