My name is Dalmar Morrison, a Hyrox athlete based in Birmingham and a performance coach in Worcester. I’m preparing for upcoming Pro‑level races including Marathons, Hyrox London and Stockholm this season.
Alongside competing, I work full‑time as a
personal trainer and coach.
I will be raising money for much needed projects.
Global Relief Trust is a charity based in the United Kingdom, working across the globe with teams and expertise in conflict and disaster-hit zones. We have our own dedicated team on the ground. We have extensive projects in Gaza, Yemen, Syria, Bangladesh, Uganda, Kashmir, Pakistan, India, Sudan, Afghanistan, Rohingya Camps and in the UK.
