Sudan Is Running Out of Breath — You Can help  Change This

1. In hospitals across Sudan, doctors are making impossible choices — not because they lack skill, but because they lack oxygen.

The reality:

• ·       150,000+ people killed, with many more unaccounted for

·        11 million people displaced

·         70% of health facilities in conflict areas partially or completely non-functional

Many hospitals that remain open have no reliable electricity, medicines — or oxygen.

Without oxygen, many patients do not survive, this includes Newborn babies, Mothers in labour, Children with pneumonia and Trauma victims.

These are preventable deaths — lives you can help save!

In addition to deploying Doctors to Sudan, MIAT - Doctors of Rahman is installing on-site oxygen generation systems inside hospitals where one oxygen plant can:

ü  Provide Oxygen for Hundreds of Thousands of patients in need

ü  Enable lifesaving surgery to take place

ü  Reduce oxygen-related deaths by up to 50%
