Hazrat Saheb RA graduated from Sylhet Aliyah Madrasah in 1959 during which time his uncle Moulana Lutful Hoque Choudhury (RA) was the Principal of Sylhet Aliyah who was also the Khalifa of Hafizji Huzoor (RA).

In 1979, Allah blessed him with a
daughter, his first child. It was after the birth of his daughter that he became concerned about her education. In those days, there were no establishments for girls where they could learn about deen and shariyah.

Then in 1982, his other uncle Engineer Nomirul Hoque Choudhury encouraged him to begin a madrasah at home. He respected this suggestion and opened a Madrasah at home which was supervised by his sister. Within a few days the news spread of the madrasah and as a result local children began to enroll. Due to the demand, some classes were held at home and others at the local masjid.
In 1990, work began to open a purpose built madrasah next to the local masjid. Initially there was opposition to his opening of girls Darul Uloom. Many were established but had to close down due to lack of female teachers, funding etc...

Alhamdulillah, today the madrasah consists of three buildings. The first is a three floor building which is 350ft long. The second is a four floor building and is 150ft long. The third is a one floor building and is also 150ft long.

Since 1993 until last Ramadhan (2023) the total number of graduates reached 1400
